What we do
Services
Everything BNB Rental Group offers rolls up to one outcome: a Kansas City property that earns short-term rental income without demanding your time. Three service lines cover the lifecycle — daily management, physical logistics, and the buy/sell decisions around the property itself.
Choose a service
B and B Management
Full-service hosting: listings, pricing, guest care, cleaning coordination, and owner reporting. The core of what we do, and where most owners start.
B and B Moving
Furniture delivery, staging, and turnover logistics. Whether you're furnishing an empty unit or relocating your own household, our moving crews handle it.
B and B Real Estate
Buy-side guidance for investors adding short-term rental properties, plus honest analysis of whether a specific address can support BNB rates.
How the services fit together
Most engagements begin with management: you have a property, we make it perform. When the unit needs furnishing or you're changing what lives where, moving and staging slots in without a separate vendor search. And when the first property works and you start thinking about a second, real estate guidance keeps that next purchase grounded in numbers instead of enthusiasm.
You don't need all three. Plenty of owners use management alone for years. The point of keeping the services under one roof is simpler accountability — one company, one phone number, one report — instead of a property manager pointing at a mover pointing at an agent.
Service area and scope
We serve the Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line: Kansas City MO and KS, Lee's Summit, Overland Park, and the surrounding communities. Single-family homes, condos, and small multi-unit properties are all in scope. If your property sits outside the metro, ask anyway — the honest answer is sometimes "yes, with adjusted logistics" and sometimes "no, and here's who to call instead."
Ready to talk specifics? Start with a property inquiry — address, beds, baths, square footage — and we'll respond with an earning estimate and a recommended scope.
